Job Description  
  - At least 2 years of working experience in a retail or front line customer service environment, with minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
  - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  - Must have passion in fashion.
  - Must be able to speak good English and Chinese.
  - Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft office - Excel and Words.
  - Good personality,  well disciplined  with good leadership  ability.
  - Must be able to work retail hours.
  - Able to perform  cashiering  duties when needed.
  - Can start work at short notice.
Jobs Requirement  
  - Lead and manage a team of sales assistants  to meet the company's  standards.
  - Ensure proper visual merchandising  and display.
  - Planning  of daily work rosters.  
  - Provide coaching and training to all team members and motivating them to achieve sales targets.
  - Ensure that all team members  understand the company's products, policies and procedures.
  - Lead by example in providing excellent customer service  
  - Ensure proper housekeeping, stock control and high security  at store.
