Description  
  - Lead and manage a team of sales assistants  to meet the company's  standards
  - Plan daily work schedules  and submitting  sales reports
  - Manage and maintain  VIP program,
and execute  steps through  excellent  customer  and after sales service by staffs to increase VIP database.  
  - Provide  coaching and training  to all team members  and motivating  them to achieve  sales targets.
  - Ensure that all team members  understand  the company's  products,  procedures  and standards
  - Lead by example  in providing excellent  customer  service  
  - Identify slow moving stocks and coming up with sales plan to increase sales.
  - Ensure proper housekeeping,  stock control  and high security  at store.
Requirement  
  - At least 3 years of working experience in a retail boutique environment, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory  experience. With managerial experience in a high-end  fashion boutique will be highly advantageous.
  - Excellent communication and customer service skills,
ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  - Must have passion in fashion.  
  - Good verbal and written  English  and Mandarin  language.  
  - Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft office - Excel and Words.
  - Good personality, well disciplined with high integrity and good leadership ability.  
  - Must be able to work retail hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  - Must be able to start work at short notice.
