Description
Cooperation and Participation In Overseas NGOs(COPION) is an International NGO which works for helping other countries local NGO’s activities through sending long/short term Korean volunteers in their field and fundraising from Samsung company and Community Chest of Korea.
Duties
- Assist COPION’s staff in Center Library, Mobile Library and Children Library operation
- Communicate with partner NGOs and local authority
- Assist COPION’s staff in Mobile Cinema
- Assist COPION’s staff in Cultural Tour for children
- Teaching Khmer to Cambodian illiterate youth
- Assist COPION’s staff in operation of Korean Short Term Volunteers Team
- Facilitate the target group (children, youth and community people)
- Facilitate with child’s parent or guardian
- Speaking and documental translation between English and Khmer or Korean
- Work cooperatively with Senior Coordinator, Senior Manager, Coordinator and other staff to constantly upgrade the work program in achieving its state goal and objectives
- Participate in evaluating of work performance of members
- Write weekly and monthly action plan and report
Requirements
- College Student(major : education, social welfare or other related major) ; Bachelor/Master will be given preference
- Good communication skill with colleague
- Over time work and weekend work(sometimes) required
- Fluency in English with speaking and writing (Speaking and writing in Korean is an extra point)
- Computer Skill (Ms word, Excel, Power Point)
