About Company
The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. Under it’s Health Care Financing Program, RHAC implements health equity fund (HEF) schemes in nine Operational Districts (ODs) with support from the Health Sector Support Project (HSSP2/UNFPA and HSSP2/PF).
 
RHAC is currently seeking a qualified Cambodian candidate to fill the following vacancy based in Tbong Khmum Operational District (OD), Kampong Cham Province
 
OD-HEF Officer
Main Responsibilities
The OD-HEF Officer will be responsible for day to day management of HEF activities at OD level such as planning, budgeting, supervising and training of HEF staff, reviewing of expenses and coordinating with all stakeholders including local authorities. S/He will report directly to the Health Financing Manager of RHAC.
 
Requirements
  - Associate Degree in the field of Health or Social science, or a Secondary Nurse/Midwife
  - A minimum of one years work experience in a health equity fund or similar project.
  - Field experience in project implementation, preferably rural health or community development.
  - A working knowledge of English.
  - Good computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, database preferably Access and/or FoxPro software.
  - Good communication, training and presentation skills.
  - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel in the field.
