Branch MIS Encoder and Internal Auditor.

BRANCH MIS ENCODER
The Branch MIS Encoder maintains regular contact with the management and staff of the branch office, particularly the Branch Management, Credit Agents the Cashier/Bookkeeper, and the MIS staff of the HO as well. The Branch MIS Encoder will be under supervision of the Branch Manager /Deputy Branch Manager, and shall maintain the branch's management information system (MIS) for efficient and effective implementation of field financial operations.

INTERNAL AUDITOR
The Internal Auditor will coordinate closely with the management (BMs, CMs) and TPC’s staff Head Office/Branches. She/he is responsible for systematic examination of all financial transaction to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company’s accounting records and systems.
Duties
Branch MIS Encoder
- Prepares and analyzes field operations reports
- Maintains hardware and software of office
- Acts as Recorder and Communication Officer of the branch
- Handles all other areas of IT for the branch
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Internal Auditor
- Identifies and assesses potential risks to TPC operations
- Checks the compliance of TPC personnel with established accounting and internal control systems and procedures
- Assesses the reliability and security of financial and management of information system
- Checks the adherence of client services and products to prescribed methodology, meeting guidelines, and and financial record-keeping procedures
- Checks actual expenditures with budget allocation and determine deviations, if any
- Conducts pre- and post- audit discussions with branch heads and staff in order to explain the audit process and clarify the initial findings and recommendations
- Prepares audit reports indicating the findings and recommendations for management's review and action; ensures compliance of audit recommendations
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Branch MIS Encoder
- BBA in accounting/finance or equivalent
- At least two years experience preferably in a MFI
- Good command of English language both written & spoken
- Sound understanding of computer programs (MS Office, MB-Win, Internet, Email, etc)
- Typing/encoding speed and accuracy of at least 40 words per minute and 80% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with monitoring and evaluation skills
- Honest and hardworking
- High ability to work with minimum supervision
Internal Auditor
- BBA in auditing/accounting/finance
- Experiences as Auditor for other company, preferable with a MFI
- Working knowledge in financial planning and budgeting, including projections of loans receivable and payable
- Preparation of external and internal financial statements/footnotes
Excellent spreadsheet analysis and communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High integrity, hard working, and incorruptible
- Must hold at least a valid motor driving license
