Description
Hanukman Peanich (HP) Co., Ltd. Is a well-established company which involves in several major business activities including real estate, micro finance, agriculture and services. Since November 2008 HP has commenced its operations through out Phnom Penh capital and other provinces such as Kandal, Prey Veng, and Battambang. Our company is now seeking qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the positions of Web Developer (01 Position).
Duties
  - Develop Web applications as identified by supervisor and management ensuring strong functionality and optimization
  - Design company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality
  - Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems
  - Design and develop relational database systems and their web interfaces
  - Integrate SQL Server database with the company website
  - Monitor web server and site technical performance
Requirements
  - Bachelor degree in computer science, MIS, or  related experience
  - Proven Web and Database Development experiences
  - Strong knowledge of ASP, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and (X) HTML
  - Experience with hardware and software issues
  - Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  - Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  - Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers
  - Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  - Must possess superior skills in SQL Server or My SQL
  - The ability to communicate and teach non-technical users is a must
  - Excellent written and oral communications skills
  - Flash/Graphical design experience is a plus
  - Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn
  - Good English writing and speaking skills
