Description
Ezecom Co., Ltd, Cambodia’s leading premium internet service provider(ISP), is now looking for dynamic, committed and performance driven candidates to fill the position as Website Text Graphic Designer for the company embarks on further expansion in 2010.

Duties
Customer Service Officer
- Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's benefits.
- Handle work transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts in BS2 system.
- Handle cash collection from customer
- Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services, billing, claims, and reports problem areas.
- Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer
Senior Sales Officer / Sales Engineer
- Drive and achieve revenue and sales targets within his designated sector
- Prepare and implement project plans, and effective sales strategies
- Develop and deliver pre-sales technical presentations to prospective customers
- Fully conversant with all Microsoft Operating Systems and applications (Office, Visual Studio, SQL Server, etc.)
- Provide pre-sales support, addressing technical objections, product demonstrations, and product implementation planning
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networking, IP addressing, and LAN, WAN, DNS and other networking products like Proxy Servers, Firewalls, Routers and Switches
- Previous experience as a Windows system or Network administrator a plus
- Familiarity with network security and e-mail systems desirable
- Experience designing and troubleshooting networks preferred
- Occasional travel required
- Manage and motivate his sales team to achieve team goal and targets
Requirements
Customer Service Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 years customer service experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/IT
- Language proficiency in both Chinese and English is an advantage
- Experience with Lotus Note & BS2 and Outlook is required
- Experience with ISP/telecom/IT market is preferred
-Experience in Customer service is preferred
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Previous customer relation (telephone support) experience
o   Experience with using Lotus Note and BS2 and Outlook 2000 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Strong customer focus with experience with superior negotiation skills and billing skills
- Good written and spoken communication skill is both English and Khmer
Senior Sales Officer / Sales Engineer
- At least 3 years of sales engineering or equivalent experience in a computer software industry/ISP
- Prior experience developing and presenting technical sales and support material to technically corporate customers
- At least 3 years experience in direct technical sales, installation or maintenance of access control and security systems desired
- Extensive knowledge of information technology (IT) and internet protocol (IP) standards interfaces and architectures preferred
- BS Degree - Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Language proficiency in both Chinese and English is an advantage
