Decription
The Ministry of Health of Cambodia is designated as Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria ( GFATM). The Principal Recipient is seeking the candidates for two positions as Executive Chief of Finance , Chief of Procurement. They will be based at the Principal Recipient, Ministry of Health. These 2 posts are for Cambodian national only. The detailed tasks of these posts are in the term of Reference (ToR). The ToR can be requested directly from the PR office or by fax/ email to the address provided below. It is highly recommended that interested applicants shall obtain and read carefully the ToR for the post before submitting the applications. Applications without prior knowledge of ToR will not be accepted.
Requirement
1. Executive Chief of Finance
- Master in finance or equivalent degree will considered.
- At least 4 years experience in finance management: knowledge about the finance disbursement procedure of the GFATM is an assets.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience managing and supervising staff
- Experience working with government institution or development partners on public health
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Quick Books, Email and Internet
2. Chief of Procurement
- Degree in Health, Pharmacy or equivalent degree will be considered
- At least 4 years Experience in procurement of health products/ equipments
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience managing and supervising staff
- Experience working with government institutions or development partners on public health
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet
