Description
  The Community Sanitation and Recycling Organization (CSARO) is a local non-profit NGO, work with urban poor communities and waste pickers group cohesion to improve their standard of living and quality of life. CSARO is seeking a suitably qualified Cambodian national (male or female) for the above position base in STUNG TRENG.    

Duties
  - Prepare and submitting quarterly accomplishment reports
  - Develop and preparing training and conducting campaign on community environment
  - Work closely with SHG and CDC environment committees to provide Technical Support
  - Identify the marketing strategy for effective in promoting compost and recycling products
  - Organize and providing training to SHGs, CDCs and primary school communities
  - Organize campaign on community environment to building programmed
  - Work with SHGs to keep track on waste collection and fee collection
Requirements
  - Degree in agronomy or community development
  - Minimum 4 years with NGOs involving in community development work
  - Able to communicate with NGOs, local governments, Sangkats, Villages leaders
  - Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
  - Fluency both Khmer and English in writing and speaking and computer skill word/Excel
