Description
Save the Children Norway is an innovative and learning organization working for the fulfillment of children's right in Cambodia. We are seeking for a candidate to work as Child Rights Governance(CRG) Advisor.
CRG Advisor has the overall responsibility to support the CRG Program Manger delivery of the program, in close collaboration with internal and external actors and stakeholders. This job will also require providing support and establishing close relationship with the reporting staff and partner who will assist in plan delivery and actively networking with key national level stakeholders. It also requires working with Manager in identifying and responding to national and international advocacy linkages, which will facilitate in achieving the objectives pertaining to the plan, are also key elements of this position. Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Social Sciences/ Work and Social Administration/ Development Studies/ Child Right/ Legal Studies or any relevant field. Extensive and substantive relevant practical experience may be considered in lieu of a Master Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in program management, development of child right and child participation, advocacy implementation and/ or development of child networks, and/ or working directly in developing children's right monitoring and implementation coordination.
- Excellent IT (Microsoft Office), interpersonal and communication skill, with fluency in written and spoken English and Khmer. Strong facilitation and presentation skill will be considered a definite advantage
- Ability and willingness to travel to all parts of the country
Length of contract: Two years ( with possibility of extension)
