Responsibilities
  - Responsible for the CBS/OCS system technical support and maintenance
  - To be response the CBS/OCS project implementation support
  - Provide technical solution and hands-on support on Intelligent Network service and value added software Services
  - Responsible for on-site survey, installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of Intelligent Network or value added services
  - Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting

Requirements
  - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  - Good knowledge in systems engineering and network design in telecommunication or data communication environment is an advantage.
  - Having skill for operate HP/SUN/IBM minicomputer, PC server, be familiar with ix/HP-Unix/Solaris/SuSe/Linux/Window and Informix/Oracle/SqlServer database.
  - Experience with SMS, MMS, billing data, and other related applications is an advantage.
  - Good Knowledge in RDBMS, Databased, and UNIX is preferred.
  - Good knowledge in protocols such as signaling No.7, MTP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAP, INAP, ISUP, TUP, TCP/IP, PPP, X.25, FTAM is also preferred.
  - Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
