As one of the leading business directory in Cambodia, Yellow Pages is looking for highly self-motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the positions below to join the sales force of the project of Cambodia Yellow Pages 2011-2012.

  - Development a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
  - Sales Team Leading, Organizing & Disciplining
  - Overall sales operations & profit including productivity & service standards
  - Set targets for the team members and provide necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
  - Support & Monitor individual sales to achieve weekly, monthly & yearly target
  - Handling to the critical client on behalf of team
  - Prepare quotation and sales proposal
  - Create sales strategies in compliance with company strategies
  - Customer visit and company presentation
  - Sales team report to management
  - Cooperate with management team

Requirements
  - Degree in field of Marketing or Management
  - At least 3 - 5 years experiences in Marketing Function specialized in Advertising
  - Knowledge of internet and online sales is an advance
  - Strong leadership and team work
  - Self motivation & confident
  - High commitment to deliver the result and company’s expectation
  - Effective communication, good interpersonal, strong in negotiation at all level & networking.
  - Well organized & disciplined
  - Loyalty & ability to work on own initiative is important
  - English is a must and Chinese is an advance
  - Computer knowledge in Ms. Office, internet & email respond
  - Aged not younger than 30 years
