For our production office in Cambodia, we are currently hiring: QUALITY PRODUCTION LEADER. As part of a dynamic team, you will be continuously required to interact with your suppliers and internal customers. You procure and order the production of Oxylane brand products from approved suppliers, and you guarantee an exclusive price/quality/lead time ratio.
Title: Quality Production Leader
Report to: Production Team Manager
Responsibilities :
§ Work closely with headquarter in France to source, select and manage suppliers in Cambodia.
§ Lead the price negotiation and purchasing conditions.
§ Guarantee the quality and safety aspects of products of your suppliers to meet OXYLANE quality requirement & social compliance.
§ Manage the product development process with your suppliers.
§ Manage global business relationship between OXYLANE and your suppliers.
Qualification :
§ Bachelor's Degree, or Master preferable.
§ Familiar with textile factory operation will be advantage.
§ Be sports practitioner (regularly do sports).
§ Good command of English is essential.
§ Abilities to work autonomously and under pressure.
§ Required attitudes: Business minded, good communication, organization & management skills.
Working Environment:
§ Open office environment & high motivation for sports practice.
§ Some travels within Cambodia and across Oxylane network may be required as appropriate.
§ Related professional trainings shall be offered.
