PRASAC MFI, Ltd. is a microfinance institution, which is providing sustainable financial services as loan, savings, and money transfer for nationwide 24 provinces and city of Cambodia. PRASAC MFI is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position as below:
POSITION: ATM Switching Officer, 02 Positions REPORT TO: Core Banking Unit Manager
JOB LOCATION: Head Office, Phnom Penh DEADLINE: January 25, 2012 at 4: 00 PM.


Duties
    
CamboTEK
• To be responsible for the administration of the switching/card management system server software, other related software and devices
• To implement configuration and parameter setting/fine-tuning to improve the overall switching system performance
• To control HSM functions, generating, importing and exporting key components
• To coordinate with other offices/ATM terminals/POSs, and other interfaces
• To manage and prepare card personalization system, configuring and updating software
• To control and configure POS NAC to ensure that system is upping and running
• To upgrade and test switching system as require from software vendor to ensure that software is up to date with security compliant
• To monitor and prepare system activities, performance and performance reports regularly
• To provide technical assistance related to ATMs/POSs terminal
• To creating user as manual/internal procedure of card center products, ATM and POS
• To ensures compliance to infrastructure security policies and guidelines
• To perform other tasks assigned by Mgt

Requirements
    
• Graduated BSc in IT/MIS
• Minimum two years working experience in ATM Switching/Card Management System or other related fields
• Good Knowledge of Oracle Database/PL/SQL is an asset
• Good understand of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operation, ATM features and Components
• Fluent in English
• Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation
• Willing to travel to provinces
