Duties
CamboTEK
o Develop the sales plan of the assigned territories and lead the assigned team to implement the agreed sales programs in order to achieve the agreed business objectives
o Conduct market research in the apparel /footwear market to identify profitable opportunities and devise and implement strategies to convert these opportunities into sales.
o Monitor and coach the sales team in the assigned territories.To identify and provide training and development needs.
o Develop visit and route plans to ensure that designated potential and existing customers are visited and developed so that individual and area sales targets are met.
o Initiate and manage profiling of all customers by the sales team so that opportunities to upgrade or improve product mix are identified and actioned.
o Ensure that all company procedures and reporting systems are followed.
o Knowledge, Skills & Key Behaviours required:
Requirements
Education & Experience:
o Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics.
o Minimum 3 - 5 years of management experience
o Experience in garment industry and multi-national environment preferred
o Language: excellent English both written and spoken. Chinese speaking is an advantage.

Salary Package
o Salary range: Negotiable
o Bonus: - Sales Bonus based on Sales target achieved
o Company Performance bonus: maximum 2 months salary
o Fixed Bonus: One month salary
o Entertainment Allowance: as per company policy
o Tools of trade: Car , Blackberry and Laptop
