HRINC Cambodia is seeking for an experienced and competentGeneral Manager with fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese (Mandarin) for our client, a leading local hospitality and services company, who is expanding its business to other countries in Asia and Europe.
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia


Duties
    
CamboTEK
• Work with managing director or board of directors to set and maintain company standards and policies.
• Seek, select and recommend the best people for an employment appointment by the managing director or board of directors.
• Ensure excellence in service standards and training methods are achieved and maintained.
• Prepare yearly financial budgets and forecasts for the board of directors.
• Handle highly confidential financial, employee, corporate data, legal and tax information on a daily basis.
• Hold weekly meetings with the board of directors to brief them on the performances of the operation.
• Undertake any other duties or directed by the managing director or the board of directors.
• Work closely with other department heads in regarding to cost controlling, marketing and promotion, and operational standard etc.

Requirements
    
• At least two year experiences handling all accounting functions; G/L, A/R, P/R, A/P and Human Resources. Preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related matters.
• Must be familiar with accounting laws, regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent experience.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Cambodian, Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to communication effectively at all levels.
• Must have a valid driving license
