The hotel will deliver guests with benefits and privileges and assures them genuine care that fulfills their need with an enhanced level of warm services by our well trained outfit. We are seeking for qualified candidates to fill up the below positions:

Duties
    
CamboTEK
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
Process incoming mail and messages.
Issue room key and instructions to Bell persons.
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and registration.
Keep records of rooms occupied and guests\' accounts.
Present statements to departing guests and collect payment.
Performs related duties as directed.

Requirements
    
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Female or Male aged between 18-35 years old
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High School or University degree is required.
Good written, oral and communication skills of English.
Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to vary approach depending on the guest
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task



Jobs Requirement
Female age between 18- 35 years old
High School diploma is required
Can speak some of English is advantage
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant work
Be able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skill
