Smart International Consulting provides investment support services to international investors and capital raising services to local companies in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. We are looking for qualified, experienced and driven individuals to join our consultant team. Currently, we are seeking to recruit: IT Specialist


Duties
    
CamboTEK
1. Assist the International IT specialist in the design new IT systems for registration of company asset.
2. Assist the International IT in the design of management systems and databases for the supply chain information system.
3. Assist in the implementation of pilot projects.

Requirements
    
- Candidate should be a college or university graduate in IT or a related field
- B.Sc. or M.Sc will have at least 5 years of project experience in the development and implementation IT systems incorporate of government environments. Candidate with experience in projects involving systems analysis and design of systems with multi-access points and shared databases is preferred.
