To support our development, we are looking for potential candidate to fill the position as below:



STORE MANAGER


Duties
    
CamboTEK
Work closely with senior management in business planning and business profit
Keep tight controls on all financial aspects of store through cost and inventory control
Responsible for staff and sales management, product and service quality of the restaurant
Responsible for staff recruitment and training
Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customers\' satisfaction
Be involved and prepare pre-service briefing to staff
Evaluate operations and procedures for improvements
Upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
To attend all meetings and training programs when required


Requirements
    
Candidate must at lease finish grade 12. Preferable finish Professional Certificate or Diploma in F&B.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage Service in Cafe
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with restaurant operations and customer oriented
