Smart International Consulting provides investment support services to international investors and capital raising services to local companies in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. We are looking for qualified, experienced and driven individuals to join our agro-industry team. Currently, we are seeking to recruit Cassava Farm Manager.

Duties
    
CamboTEK
1. Operate a cassava farm as a business unit
2. Ensure and maintain quantity and standards of production, maintenance and quality control.
3. Proper and timely disposal of raw and final products for further processing, packaging and marketing.
4. Maintenance of all related machinery and equipments in a proactive way so that production is always smooth and ensure safety norms.
5. Good leadership and man-management skills

Requirements
    
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Agriculture, Agronomy
- Relevant experience of 5 years+ in processing of Cassava and bio-ethanol production / in a unit / set up with complete technical know-how.
