The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Kandal, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri and Pailin.

RHAC is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Cambodian candidate to fill the following position in its Monitoring & Evaluation Department in Phnom Penh:

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer


Duties

Responsible for compiling and entering data and maintaining the database of all RHAC’s program statistics, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data, before submitting to the supervisor. Assists M&E staff in designing/modeling templates and analyzing data from questionnaires, supervision checklists, etc. Reports to the Data Management Specialist.


Requirements
    
A BSc degree in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent qualification. Minimum of three years experience in database entry and data analysis. Excellent computer skills (SPSS, Word, Excel, Power Point, Data base). A working knowledge of English, and has good communication skills, flexible and ability to work under pressure.
