Position 01 Helpdesk and Testing Officer
Working Location Head Office
Duties
CamboTEK
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Support and response to request/issue via telephone/email and other communication means
• Communicate, answer and advice on appropriate actions to users
• Administers support log on hardware, software, and related business applications
• Manage and control on supporting tickets and logs
• Diagnose computer and application faults
• Help users on hardware, software, and applications solution
• Follow up supporting result and feedback with all users at Head Office and branches
• Analyze, prioritize and Escalate issues to respective specialist teams
• Assist in document, update and test products
• Assist in maintenance of product in core business system
• Report on activities to supper and manager
• Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor and managers.
Requirements
• Graduated a bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum one year experience in help desk
• Experience in banking system is preferred
• Bank or microfinance working experience is preferred
• Related experience and training is preferred
• Good attitude, honest, serious, gentle, friendly and Commitment and self-motivated
• Proficiency in English and computer Ms. Office
• Willing to learn new software and hardware technology.
