Description
    
The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC), implements a HIV/AIDS Prevention and Home Based Care project for PLHA, in Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Takeo and Sihanouk provinces, with support from the Global Fund. The purpose of the program is to reduce the transmission of HIV/AIDS and STIs and increase access to sexual and reproductive health services and information, among the target groups. RHAC is looking for a suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the position of Team Leader based in Tbong Khmom-Kroch Chhma, Kampong Cham Province.



Duties

The TL will provide technical support and supervise the community health educators. S/he will prepare quarterly operational plans, monthly progress reports, and expenditure reports. S/he will conduct HIV prevention behavior change activities among PLHA in the target areas and will maintain good working relations with all stakeholders in order to achieve smooth implementation of the program.

Requirements    

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Health Science with exposure to implementing programs in HIV/AIDS.• A minimum of three years experience in implementing and monitoring a health promotion or development project.• Experience in working with a Home Based Care Project for PLHA.• A good knowledge of participatory training techniques.• Knowledge of English and computer skills in MS Word, Excel & Power Point.• Good interpersonal, communication, and training skills.• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the project areas, and a valid driving license for car or motorcycle
