Description
The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Kampot, Pailin and Koh Kong. RHAC is seeking a suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the following position in its Youth Health Program based at Phnom Penh Headquarters:

The Project Officer will be responsible for implementing the Youth Health Program activities in Phnom Penh and the suburbs, under the direction of the Program Manager. S/he will participate in project planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation and will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. S/he will supervise, train and guide the staff to ensure that planned targets are achieved. S/he will also participate in training youth peer educators and developing training curricula and sexual health education guidelines and liaise with all stakeholders including relevant government departments and local authorities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Health or relevant field. (A Medical Doctor is preferred).; S/he will have at least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the field of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health, a working knowledge of English, good communication and interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point. S/he will have a valid license to drive a motorcar or ride a motorbike and will be required to travel extensively in the field..
