It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia. Now, we are looking for one dynamic employee to join with HR teams: Customer Service (2 Positions)
Working Location: Phnom Penh
Working Hour: Full-time job


Duties
    
CamboTEK
- Fresh graduated or university students.
- Female only
- Good looking, smart and look fresh.
- Good at problem solving skills, easy to adopt with new teams and good at communication skills.
- Full of flexibility and responsibility and be honest with good appearance.
- Computer Skills: Ms. Office, Internet and E-mail
- Good at English speaking and writing or Chinese.
- Be a good team player and willing to learn new things and do multiple jobs.


Requirements
    
- Present to customers walk-in about our services.
- Receive customer payment
- Handle customer complaint face to face or on the phone
- Make sure the invoice is correct and sending to customer on time
- Follow up customers payment directly with existing customers and sales team
- Work with lawyer about bad debt
- Follow up stock (recruiting stock)
- Handle some tasks in billing system
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers
- But all job duties will be trained properly.
