HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in assisting sale team leader and controlling sales record, and ability to work as Assistance Sale Analyst for our client who is a well-known and fast growing company. We would like to invite highly motivated, mature, and competent candidates to join our teams as:
Assistance Sales Analyst
Report to:Sales and Marketing Director
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Phnom Penh


Duties
    
CamboTEK
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records for all retail outlets, sales, and promotion activities
- Creating and maintaining systems to accurately capture data across defined performance areas
- Maintains an up to date call universe file by executive/supervisor/team/manager/branch/national and works closely with all stake holders to ensure the data is up to date
- Preparing weekly and year-to-date reports for the following data:
• Total calls
• Total value of stock sold
• Results of specific marketing plans
- Managing the Sales and Marketing leave roster
- Acting proactively to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all reporting systems


Requirements
    
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields
- Effective presentation and communications skills
- Good command of English and Khmer (spoken and written)
- Good command of MS Office
- Be able to travel when required
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
